I am so happy to welcome you to our studio where our values of Kindness , Inclusion and Safety are at the core of everything we do!
I encourage you to try out all of our classes and feel the joy of self love.
I am proud that our studio is committed to creating a safe environment where you can truely breathe and be exactly who you are, and as part of that I am being exactly who I am so you will not find any annoying cancellation fees if you have a bad day and can't get to class , no minimum periods on our memberships and of course you can suspend or cancel anytime (but we know you won't want to!!)

We welcome you to step into this circle with presence, curiosity, and an intention to heal. Your energy matters, and your participation enriches the collective experience.
Brian's Gift
Tait's 50th Birthday perpetual gift.
In late 2025, one of our beautiful Lumen members lost her husband, Brian, suddenly and without warning.
Brian was a quiet, humble and deeply generous man. The kind of person who would give away his company-paid lunches to someone living rough, then quietly unpack his own food from home.
He did good in the world without needing applause.
In honour of that spirit, we are introducing Brian’s Gift.
Four times a year, our Lumen community will gift a 3-month unlimited membership to someone who is doing it tough. Someone who needs support. Space. Strength. A warm hug.
You are now invited to privately nominate a person who may be struggling. The person we decide to offer the first gift to will be contacted discreetly and can remain completely anonymous. With their permission, we will share their story so we can wrap them in love as a community.
Brian’s kindness did not end with him.
